Draw Sizer

Function demo. One small piece of my larger CRE underwriting suite, now in pre-beta. The name is a placeholder: it sizes draws. Branding wasn't in the budget, and neither was contingency.

A phased development budget, distributed into a monthly draw schedule. Each line gets a start month, a duration, and a shape. The schedule, the S-curve, and the category rollups follow from those three inputs.

0 assumes every line moves independently, which makes the band far too tight. Real cost and schedule risk move together. Set each phase's worst-case slip on its row in the timeline above.
