Turns a phased development budget into a monthly draw schedule and S-curve, then runs a Monte Carlo over per-line cost and schedule risk to show where contingency runs dry and how large the facility really needs to be. Ported from an Excel LAMBDA model; the distribution engine is the durable asset.

A trip-planning app built for real travel: multi-user itinerary collab w/partners or fellow travelers, bookings and ticket wallets, accessibility tools, offline-ready, no bloat. I made a simpler UX demo for a recent trip through Prague, Porto, and Lisbon, and now building out the back-end to enable full production. Bourdain rules: authentic over touristy. Currently in Dev Mode (per-monetization) but available for demos to the right audience.
